Feldherr foam insert set suitable for Auer Packaging EG 64/12 HG, ED 64/12 HG, EDP 64/12 HG

This set of foam inserts is designed for organizing and protecting contents in Euro containers measuring 60 × 40 cm, such as AUER Euroboxes. It combines pre-cut raster foam for flexible, individual layouts with a matching bottom layer, so you can safely store and transport various items in a tidy, well-padded interior.

The three EUMFQB050 raster foam inserts form the main compartment structure of the set. Each insert measures 560 × 360 × 50 mm and is fully punched into small cubes with a 15 × 15 mm grid. You simply pluck out the required blocks by hand to create recesses that match the size and shape of your contents. No tools are necessary, which makes setup fast and straightforward.

A continuous, unpunched edge of around 17 mm runs around each insert. This rim gives the foam more rigidity and helps it maintain its shape inside the Euro container, even when heavily customized. The result is a modular interior that still remains stable and secure.

The set also includes a KABA010 10 mm bottom layer, which serves as a compensation floor in Euro containers with a footprint of 60 × 40 cm. It improves the fit of the foam stack and provides an additional cushion underneath, contributing to all-round protection inside the box.

For AUER Euroboxes with a lid, the manufacturer recommends adding the CFBA010S as an extra lid pad. This ensures that the contents are not only supported from below and on the sides, but also securely cushioned from above. Overall, the system is individually configurable, modular, safe, tidy, easy to handle, and offers comprehensive protection for your stored items.
