The three sizes
Every tray has one of three footprints. Each one is exactly half of the next size up, which is why they always combine cleanly.
1 Double-Size = 2 Full-Size = 4 Half-Size

The fill diagram
Each column is one Half-Size slot in the container. The coloured blocks are your trays, stacked from the bottom up. Hatching means there is room left.
What are foam bases for?
We fill the container up with flat foam bases, so everything sits snugly and nothing shifts around while you carry it.
