This foam storage set is designed specifically for the miniatures of Kingdom Death: Monster 1.6 and 1.5, with a focus on Wave 2’s large and fragile monsters. It provides tailored compartments for the Dragon King, Gorm, Lion God and Lonely Tree, as well as storage for all remaining small Wave 1 and Wave 2 miniatures (with a few noted exceptions), and comes complete with a matching Eurobox case for safe storage and transport.

The set is built around the specific needs of Kingdom Death: Monster’s large and detailed Wave 2 models, which are both imposing and relatively fragile. To keep these centerpiece figures safe, the foam is cut precisely to their shapes and arranged to minimize stress on vulnerable areas such as antennas, branches and extended limbs.

The Dragon King is so large that it requires a two-level storage solution. The lower of the two stackable Full-Size inserts has a 10 mm base and is divided into three compartments. One of these compartments is cut exactly to the footprint and silhouette of the Dragon King, providing a stable and secure stand for the model. The two remaining compartments in this lower tray are sized for smaller miniatures. Once the Dragon King is placed in the bottom insert, the second Dragon King insert is positioned on top. This upper tray has a custom cut-out designed to accommodate the dragon’s upper body. When it is placed over the lower insert, it covers and protects the smaller models beneath while also enclosing the Dragon King so that it is safely held from all sides.

The set also includes a dedicated Full-Size foam insert for Gorm, Lion God and Lonely Tree. This insert is divided into four compartments: three tailored to fit each of these large monsters, and one additional compartment for a small Kingdom Death: Monster 1.6 or 1.5 miniature. The cut-outs are designed to shield the antenna of Gorm, the protruding body parts and limbs of the Lion God, and the fine, branching structures of the Lonely Tree. This greatly reduces the risk of breakage during storage or transport. The high-quality foam further helps to prevent paint from chipping or rubbing off, making it well suited for fully assembled and painted models.

Beyond these large centerpiece models, the remaining foam inserts in the set are dedicated to the many smaller miniatures from Waves 1 and 2. A Full-Size tray with 16 compartments (FSMEFP040BO) and two Full-Size trays with 25 compartments each (FSLQ050BO and FSLQ040BO) provide ample, clearly separated spaces for a wide range of figures. Additional Half-Size inserts - two with 7 compartments each (HSLZ060BO), two with 9 compartments each (HSMEAJ035BO), and one with 10 compartments (HSLM050BO) - further expand the capacity for small models, allowing you to organize your collection in a structured and easily accessible way.

All small miniatures from Wave 1 and Wave 2 can be stored in these tailored inserts, with the explicit exceptions of Spidicules, Sunstalker and Phoenix, which are not covered by this particular set. Within its intended scope, the set brings order to a large Kingdom Death: Monster collection, helping you to quickly locate and deploy the needed figures and thereby speeding up game setup.

To complete the protection, the set comes with two Full-Size foam lids. Once placed on top of the stacked inserts inside the Eurobox case, these lids ensure that the miniatures are shielded from above and that there are no open sides within the storage system. Combined with the rigid Eurobox case, this creates a comprehensive solution for safely storing and transporting your Kingdom Death: Monster 1.6 and 1.5 Wave 1 + 2 miniatures.
