Feldherr foam insert set suitable for Auer Packaging EG 64/27 HG, ED 64/27 HG, EDP 64/27 HG

This foam set is designed to organize and protect the contents of Euroboxes measuring 60 × 40 cm, such as AUER Eurocontainers. It combines pre-cut raster foam inserts with a matching base pad to create a secure, customizable storage solution for a wide range of items.

The set consists of five EUMFQB050 raster foam inserts and one KABA010 10 mm base pad. The base pad is placed at the bottom of the 60 × 40 Eurocontainer to provide a flat, cushioned foundation. The raster foam inserts are then stacked on top, allowing you to create customized compartments tailored to your contents.

The EUMFQB050 inserts feature a 15 × 15 mm cube raster that is fully pre-cut through the foam. You simply remove the desired blocks by hand to form recesses that match the shape of your items. No tools are required, and the configuration can be adapted quickly and easily whenever your storage needs change.

For additional stability, each insert has an unpunched outer rim of around 17 mm. This continuous frame keeps the insert in shape, even when many of the inner cubes have been removed, and ensures a secure fit in the Eurobox. The foam provides all-round protection, helping to keep the contents safe, tidy and well organized during storage and transport.

The dimensions of 560 × 360 × 50 mm make the EUMFQB050 perfectly suited to Euroboxes with a 60 × 40 cm footprint, such as those from Auer Packaging (models EG 64/27 HG, ED 64/27 HG, EDP 64/27 HG). For AUER Euroboxes with a lid, the additional lid pad CFBA010S is recommended to cushion the top and prevent movement from above.
