This set of pick-and-pluck foam inserts is designed for secure, customizable storage in Euro containers measuring 60 × 40 cm, such as Auer Euroboxes. It comprises six raster foam trays and one base pad, allowing you to tailor the interior precisely to your contents while keeping everything neatly organized and well protected.

The six EUMFQB050 raster foam inserts each measure 560 × 360 × 50 mm and feature a 15 × 15 mm cube grid. The foam is fully pre-cut so you can simply pluck out individual blocks by hand to create tailored recesses for your contents. No cutting tools are required, making the adaptation process fast and straightforward.

An unpunched rim of around 17 mm runs all the way around each insert. This continuous edge increases the stability of the foam tray and helps it keep its shape, even when you have removed many of the inner blocks. The KABA010 10 mm base pad sits at the bottom of the Euro container, compensating for height and ensuring the trays rest on a soft, protective surface.

This modular system is suitable for standard Euro containers sized 60 × 40 cm, such as those from Auer. It is particularly well suited to use in Auer Packaging models EG 64/32 HG, ED 64/32 HG and EDP 64/32 HG. For containers with a lid, using the separately available CFBA010S lid pad ensures that the contents are securely cushioned from above as well. The result is an individual, modular storage solution that is safe, tidy, easy to use and provides all-round protection.
