This 1200 mm x 600 mm x 20 mm raster foam insert is a customizable cube foam (pick-and-pluck style) for filling crates, pallet containers, aluminum cases, backpacks, and many other types of storage and transport containers. It is designed to be easily adapted to the shape of your items using a 15 mm x 15 mm grid, providing individual protection for equipment, accessories, and sensitive contents.

The foam insert measures 1200 mm x 600 mm x 20 mm and is supplied as a raster foam (cube foam) sheet. Thanks to its standardized external dimensions, it fits into many commonly used crates, containers, and other storage or transport solutions. If the insert is slightly too large for a particular container, the borderless punching allows you to simply remove outer cubes and adapt the overall size of the sheet to the exact internal dimensions of your box or case.

The integrated raster has a grid size of 15 mm x 15 mm. This fine grid makes it possible to create a wide variety of shapes and cavities, so that you can customize the insert to match your specific items - whether tools, instruments, technical devices, gaming accessories, or other sensitive contents. The individual foam cubes can be separated by hand along the perforations; no knife or other tools are needed for the adjustment.

This raster foam is suitable for filling and lining a broad range of containers, including crates, pallet containers, aluminum cases, and backpacks. It helps to secure items against movement and provides cushioning against shocks. For optimal protection, it is recommended to combine the raster insert with matching foam bottoms or foam lids, or with egg-crate foam (noppenschaum) in different heights. These can be placed underneath the insert as an additional base layer or on top as a protective lid layer, enclosing the contents on all sides.
