This set is a complete transport and storage solution consisting of an Auer Packaging Euro box with hinged lid (ED 43/75 HG, 400 x 300 x 90 mm) and matching foam inserts. The core of the set is the pre-perforated grid foam insert (370 mm x 270 mm x 50 mm, IUMFOR050). Thanks to the 15 mm x 15 mm grid perforation, you can easily remove small cube sections by hand and adapt the interior to the shape of your items. This allows precise customization for different objects with varying sizes and contours. The 50 mm height of the foam offers solid vertical cushioning, providing protection from shocks and impacts. The foam insert also has a continuous 15 mm edge on all sides, which stabilizes the structure and helps keep even smaller or more delicate items securely in place.

Underneath the grid foam lies a 10 mm thick foam base (358 mm x 258 mm x 10 mm, DEMENL010). This base is specifically dimensioned to fit exactly into the recessed bottom of Auer Packaging Euro boxes. It acts as a stable and cushioned foundation for the grid foam, preventing hard contact with the plastic floor of the container and further improving shock absorption.

For the upper side, the set includes a self-adhesive foam insert (338 mm x 238 mm x 20 mm, JDBA010S), specially cut for the lid of a 40 x 30 cm Auer Euro box. This foam can be glued into the inside of the hinged lid and serves as a form-fitting top cover. When the lid is closed, it presses gently onto the contents and the grid foam below, preventing items from moving around and creating a securely enclosed storage space.

The container itself is an Auer Packaging Euro box with hinged lid, model ED 43/75 HG (DDEB070), with external dimensions of 400 x 300 x 90 mm. The integrated hinged lid reliably closes the box and protects the contents from dust and external influences. In combination with the foam inserts, this creates a compact, robust, and well-padded transport solution.

This configuration is particularly suitable for the safe transport and storage of various industrial goods, including medical equipment, individual tool components, and technical devices. The ability to individually shape the grid foam means that items with different geometries can be accommodated in a single container while still being well protected.
