There is no end to the adventures in HeroQuest. Three expansions have now been released, taking you from the lowest cellar vault to the highest mountain of the icy north. Stowing everything away, so the characters don’t get damaged is an art.

To prevent your heroes from eventually having to beat up on broken enemies with snapped weapons, we have a suitable foam set for you. Four Feldherr foam inserts and two plastic token holders ensure that you can transport all the contents of the core game and the three expansions well protected and neatly sorted in the original core game box.

• The set fits exactly into the original board game box of the “HeroQuest (2021)” core game from Avalon Hill.
• It offers space for all miniatures, scenery pieces, and the entire game material of the core game and the expansions “The Bastion Kellar’s Keep,” “The Return of the Witch Lord” and “The Frozen Horror.”
• Two token holders made of robust plastic offer space for small-sized game material.
• All cards also fit with protective sleeves.
• Large game components - screen, game board, and oversized cardboard pieces - are placed on the foam topper. The Book of Rules and the Books of Challenges find a suitable place in the insert for The Frozen Horror.
• The supplied cardboard insert is no longer required because the foam inserts fixate the contents of the box.
• The lid of the tall board game box protrudes about 7 cm, the lid of the flat box about 10 cm.
• The Flex Cross Band size XL, which is also included in the set, ensures more stability during storage and transport.

Four foam inserts ensure that all of your miniatures and scenery pieces are well protected. Distribute the core game’s models, doors, and furniture on two inserts. The miniatures and terrain parts of the expansions “Kellar’s Keep” and “The Return of the Witch Lord” share one tray. The figures from “The Frozen Horror” receive a 60 mm high foam insert for protection.

Whether sentient wizard, stone sarcophagus, or Frozen Horror, all hero and enemy models and scenery pieces receive their custom compartments. Stow decorative elements like rats or skulls directly with the associated scenery or separately in one of the accessible compartments.

The custom-fit cut helps you sort the figures and ensures that each miniature sits tightly in its compartment. Even when transported through biting ice storms, nothing slips. Vulnerable parts, like swords, scythes, or wings, are optimally protected from damage. If you have painted your models, you can be sure that the colors are still intact after transport.

For dice and your small-sized game material, you have additional compartments in the trays and two plastic token holders at your disposal.

Place the brown token holder in the second highest and the white token holder in the highest insert. Stow the blocks with character sheets on top of the brown token holder or next to the white token holder. Next to the white insert, you also have space for other floor tiles. Protect these with the small foam topper.

Store the Quest books and oversized cardboard pieces on the white token holder and topper.

Your playing cards fit in various compartments of the inserts and into the white token holder. Of course, the cards also fit with protective sleeves into the inserts.

After everything is safely and neatly stored, secure the top insert with the large foam topper. Large game components like the screen, game board, and oversized cardboard pieces are placed on the topper.

The lid of the board game box protrudes about 7 cm. To ensure a stable, transportable fit of the lid despite the protrusion, the set also includes a Feldherr Flex Cross Band blue (size XL).

You also want to accommodate the contents from the Mystic Box in the box? No problem, get the separately available Feldherr foam tray HBMFFU060BO. Note, however, that this will increase the protrusion to about 130 mm.
